Data retention

Edited RAW image files are retained for up to 12 months from delivery. RAW files are not available to clients unless explicitly requested and in agreement with redManhattan Photography

Edited JPEG images may be retained for up to 24 months from delivery.

After this period, image files may be permanently deleted.

Client contact and transaction records may be retained for up to 6 years to comply with accounting and legal obligations.

Selected images may be retained indefinitely for portfolio and archival purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

Sharing data

Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to deliver services, including:

  • Online gallery providers

  • Cloud storage services

Data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
